Calling XL Bully owners!!
After the recent ban of the XL bully breed, we've been racking our brains on how we can best support the owners of these gorgeous dogs, whist still keeping everything legal. While the attacks on the news are heart-breaking and horrifying, we know that a large majority of them could have been prevented by responsible ownership, and appropriate training and socialisation. So, look no further, HGDogs is here to help the owners of our furry friends fight the cruel stereotypes and blow people away!
Classes
While we can now take XL Bullies in our regular classes, providing them with the socialisation these pups need, there are a few rules we need to play by.
1. Must be muzzled at all times
2. Must be kept on lead at all times (we'll use a long lead for any "off lead" exercises)
3. Must be over 18 years of age to handle an XL Bully dog, on a 1:1 handler to dog ratio at all times
4. Must have all vaccinations up to date (Like all of our HGPups)
5. Must have a valid exemption certificate
6. Must have valid 3rd party insurance
7. Must be microchipped

What to bring
On your fist week, you must bring proof of bullet points 3-7. You will need to bring a government issued ID so that we can verify that A. you are over 18, and B. that you are the dog's registered keeper.
We have our own microchip scanner, so fret not, we can scan your pup's microchip and double check details ourselves.
